Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering learning programs for graduates and interns
  • Coaching subject matter experts to deliver impactful technical and professional learning
  • Facilitating workshops and events to foster innovation and collaboration
  • Upskilling graduate managers and coaching regional graduate committees
  • Managing graduate learning via Learning Management Systems (LMS) and leading external benchmarking

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in program design and facilitation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and HR systems
  • Passion for early careers development
