Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of projects, requiring a broad knowledge of engineering methods and techniques to solve complex problems.
  • Conduct technical tasks, including accuracy in calculations, data analysis, modeling, and design, involving large data sets.
  • Work on various projects, including environmental noise monitoring, building acoustics, 3D computer noise modeling, and numerical analysis of results.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, while developing business development skills to bring influence to the breadth and range of projects.

Requirements

  • A relevant bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, environmental engineering, or science, or a postgraduate degree in acoustics.
  • 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment, with a willingness to challenge capabilities and be an innovative thinker.
  • Demonstrated experience in building acoustics and environmental noise assessment, with high competency in noise monitoring equipment and 3D computer noise models.
  • The ability to be self-sufficient and build on business development skills, with a proven record of high-level project delivery.
