Language Specialists

**Role Overview:**

A dynamic, innovative and culturally responsive educator is sought to develop expertise in teaching online. We are seeking to establish a pool of language specialists for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies that may arise during the year.

The Role:

We deliver language programs in Chinese, French, Indonesian, Italian and Japanese. Our students are predominantly in small regional and remote schools with diverse cultural backgrounds.

We are seeking highly skilled language professionals who can develop and deliver quality language programs suited to delivery in a distance education context. The ideal candidate will bring classroom energy into our online environment, inspiring and engaging students across Western Australia and beyond.

To be suitable for this role, you should have a qualification to teach one or more of the languages offered at SIDE, a thorough understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum: Languages, and experience delivering high quality, engaging programs to language students.
