Sunglass Hut Retail Assistant Opportunity

This is a seasonal role at Sunglass Hut where you will be part of an energetic and fun team. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied with their purchase.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, customer-focused and ready to learn and grow. If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are keen to develop your sales skills, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments and mobile payments
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, advising customers on the latest fashion trends and styles
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment
