Leadership Opportunity: Assistant Store Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Position: Full Time

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing customer service standards, supervising and coaching team members, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Team Management: Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain rigorous food safety and quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

  • Natural Leadership: Proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Retail Operations Expertise: Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and cash handling procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate vision and goals to diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
