Job Description

The Head of Senior School will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the educational programs and activities for senior secondary students. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced educator who can inspire and guide students towards academic success and personal achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for senior secondary education

- Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote academic excellence and student engagement

- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among teaching staff

- Promote the college's mission and values through word and action

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration

- Proven track record of successful teaching and leadership experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to articulate a strong Christian faith and commitment to the college's Statement of Faith

Selection Criteria

- Applicants must demonstrate a passion for learning and teaching, with a strong background in VCE senior subject teaching and oversight.

- Excellent written, presentation, teaching, organizational, and communication skills.
