Sales Representative


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to closing.

You will generate leads and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails. You will also support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and presentations, and attend client meetings (with support, as needed) and assist with site visits.

Maintaining accurate CRM records is crucial, as well as helping manage long-term projects that may span up to two years.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities

  2. Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce products and services

  3. Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and presentations

  4. Attend client meetings (with support, as needed) and assist with site visits

  5. Maintain and update CRM records accurately

  6. Help manage long-term projects

Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with new people and building relationships
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills
  • A current driver's license (desirable)
