About Cotton On Group

We have an exciting opportunity for a Productivity Efficiency Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Productivity Manager, you will support by providing financial reporting and analysis to lift productivity through the optimal use of stock, space and store wages.

Job Overview

This role requires preparation of financial analysis, development of key insights & subsequent recommendations to key stakeholders. If you have strong analytical skills and passionate about driving productivity improvements, then this is the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial analysis and provide insights to improve productivity
  • Develop recommendations for key stakeholders to implement productivity improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in detailed financial modeling
  • Strong Excel skills & report building knowledge in TM1
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
