Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Educator and Cook to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Burpengary Rowley Road.



Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals for children with special dietary requirements and allergies.
  • Plan menus and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director.
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team as a lunch-cover float Educator.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
