Nespresso Ambassador Role

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to showcase our Nespresso brand machines and coffee in-store. As a Nespresso ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating coffee sales.

About the Job:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience and promote Nespresso products
  • Provide comprehensive information about Nespresso machines and coffee
  • Support customers in registering with the Nespresso Club
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Coffee Sales: Create coffee sales by showcasing our range of coffee machines and blends
  • Product Knowledge: Provide comprehensive information about Nespresso machines and coffee
  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
