About the Candidate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Planner who can contribute to the success of our production team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in production, ideally in a planning team within a fast-paced, high-transaction environment. Experience or background in customer service or customer-facing roles is also highly valued.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as great computer literacy, including strong experience with ERP systems.

Familiarity with MRP systems and supply/demand planning in a multi-site high mix environment is desirable. A sound understanding of supply chain principles and systems, as well as experience in a similar industry, knowledge of Lean, would be beneficial.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work orders in our ERP system from creation to closure, oversee allocations and shipments, and review rough cut capacity plans.
  • Act as the main liaison between manufacturing and customer service, resolving production issues and quoting lead times.
  • E nsure inventory accuracy, facilitate supply planning, and manage material demand orders across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate Outplant and freight, liaise with purchasing teams, and work with vendors to resolve technical queries to keep production on-track.
