About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Retail Leader to join our team in Rockhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
• Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve excellent customer service and sales results
• Maintain accurate stock management and control systems to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Monitor and analyze sales data to inform commercial decisions and optimize store performance
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Experience in beauty retail leadership or a related field
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Good IT skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools

Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience
