Join our community of healthcare professionals as a Casual Registered Nurse, delivering essential home care treatments and making a positive daily impact.
Job DescriptionAs a Casual Registered Nurse with our organization, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in patients' homes. Your key responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments to patients in their homes;
- Performing IV cannulation, subcutaneous, and intramuscular injections;
- Conducting blood sample collection;
- Monitoring ECGs, vital signs, and other observations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA);
- Experience with IV cannulation, intramuscular, and subcutaneous injections;
- A current CPR certificate;
- A strong commitment to patient-centered care and best practices;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
