About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Software Solutions Expert to join our team at Clicks IT Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical product expertise to our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of our healthcare software products, including features, functionality, and technical aspects.
  • Respond to Technical Inquiries: Provide timely and customer-focused responses to technical portions of tenders, RFPs, and customer information requests.
  • Solution Design: Design customised solutions that address specific customer requirements and enhance healthcare work flows.
  • Proposal Development: Work closely with sales representatives to create compelling proposals that highlight the technical benefits of our solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyse complex technical problems and propose effective solutions, considering factors such as scalability, integration, security, and compliance.
  • Provide Support to Internal Stakeholders: Act as a subject matter expert for all client-facing applications, supporting sales and marketing efforts.
  • Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with knowledge of healthcare software solutions and implementation processes, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
  • HL7 and EMR Systems: Knowledge of HL7 and experience working on EMR systems/healthcare software.
  • Technical Sales Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare software industry.
  • Strong Technical Background: Strong technical background with knowledge of healthcare software solutions and implementation processes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
