About the Role:
  • As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, personal care, and social support to our customers in their homes.
  • You will work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and providing emotional support to our customers.
  • Our customers require assistance with meal preparation, shopping, and transportation to lifestyle activities.
  • You will also provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
