**Job Description**
- Lead a team of engineers to undertake the design of a broad range of mining and infrastructure engineering design projects.
- Develop strong project level client relationships and support management across WSP to ensure implementation of market and client strategies.
- Participate in development activities of staff to help them realise their potential and the success of our people and business.
**Requirements**
- Exceptional experience in a consultancy environment in the area of civil mining infrastructure in a team leader or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
- Extensive knowledge of civil engineering to deliver a broad range of civil engineering projects, including earthworks design, road design, drainage infrastructure, site water management systems, levees, creek diversions and dams.
