Accounts Receivable Officer

Job Summary:

Our finance team is seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join their ranks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounts payable and receivable, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices using Xero software.
  • Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of bank accounts.
  • Process credit card transactions and reconcile credit cards.
  • Assist the Accountant and Senior Accountant with other accounts payable duties.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a high-volume accounts payable role.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
