Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of refrigeration technicians and apprentices
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Oversee the management of small and large projects
  • Manage budgets and supervise scheduling work
  • Quoting and bringing in new work
  • Client retention and improving client offerings
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on-budget
Requirements:
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
  • Neat appearance and work style
  • Confidence in skills and abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage workday
  • Ability to run and manage teams on site
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • HVAC & R trade qualification
  • ARCTIC Licence
  • VBA Reg
  • Current VIC Drivers Licence
  • 5 years minimum experience
  • Residential and commercial installation experience
  • Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
