Car Sales Expert
We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as a Car Sales Associate. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable test drive experience
- Upsell value-added services such as finance, insurance, and warranties
- Follow up with leads to build trust and close more deals
- Ensure smooth vehicle handovers and top-notch delivery experiences
Requirements:
- Solid sales experience (car sales a bonus, but not essential)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Confidence in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Friendly, polished, customer-first presentation
- Available on weekends
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Full working rights in Australia
