About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager or Client Director to provide technical and commercially focused advice to clients across Australia, primarily on Stamp Duty, Land Tax, and related property taxes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing accurate, tailored advice and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing private ruling applications, objections, lodgements, and relief applications
  • Managing investigations, compliance activities, and disputes with revenue authorities
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and collaborating internally
  • Participating in training, business development, and internal initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A law and/or accounting degree with experience in state taxes or related legislative interpretation
  • Strong legislative interpretation skills and ability to craft practical advice
  • Commercial focus, strategic thinking, and ability to work independently or collaboratively
