Clinical Pharmacist Role

This comprehensive role provides care to clients at Ipswich Hospital within a multidisciplinary framework.

You will work under the guidance of senior pharmacists and be part of a dynamic team expanding into the digital landscape.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Vaccination against vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
  • A recognised tertiary degree in Pharmacy from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
