Regulatory Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Lawyer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential risks and provide strategic advice on a diverse range of risk and regulatory matters. You will also work closely with policy teams to interpret and advise on relevant regulations and insertion orders for advertising.

About the Role

  • Manage an array of litigation, dispute, and investigatory matters and support the Disputes & Regulatory team.
Requirements
  • 6+ years PQE working in top-tier private practice and large in-house organizations.
  • Deep understanding of Australian regulatory frameworks and experience with policy matters.
  • Previous experience working with advertising law will be advantageous.
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Must have full Australian working rights and be admitted to practice law in Australia.
