About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Lending Specialist to join our Virtual Banking team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through inbound calls, assisting with lending enquiries and executing lending requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our lending products and services.
  • Conduct needs analysis and complete lending applications for home loans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our virtual team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of lending products, digital and self-service offerings, policies, and regulations.
  • Extensive customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Advanced technology and digital capabilities, including proficiency in CRM systems and other software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
