Stock Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Controller to oversee our products in store and warehouse spaces.
The role involves managing stock refill and replenishment, processing stock, maintaining a clean and organized back room, ensuring stock on the floor is presented immaculately, and coordinating stock transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing stock processes
- Stock maintenance and replenishment
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Coordinating stock transfers
About the Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, managing and maintaining stock in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and motivated individual with excellent time management skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Eye for visual merchandising and attention to detail
- Experience controlling shrinkage and understanding of its importance
