Are you a recent graduate looking to embark on a career in technology and accounting?

A dynamic team is seeking an Accounting Software Specialist to join their ranks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client support and demonstrating software functionality.

The successful applicant will possess some knowledge of accounting principles and business software, or relevant work experience as a bookkeeper. Training will be provided on the organisation's product, but prior experience with software such as Xero, MYOB etc. would be highly beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day support to clients on the use of software
  • Demonstrating software functionality to clients
  • Troubleshooting any issues clients are experiencing
  • Identifying client business requirements and communicating them to the development team

To succeed in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter who thrives on working autonomously. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as an appreciation for delivering exceptional customer service.
