Airport Customer Support Specialist

Our airport team is looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service at Perth Airport.
About the RoleThe Customer Exit Representative will ensure customers have a positive experience as they leave the rental location. This includes verifying their driver's license and rental agreement, confirming they are in the correct vehicle, and providing clear directions and explanations about the vehicle and local road rules.
Responsibilities- Assist customers at the exit gate and review rental agreements to ensure they have the correct vehicle.
- Provide detailed instructions, explain vehicle features, and educate customers on local traffic regulations.
- Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and proper operation before departure.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and update vehicle records and documentation as needed.
- Support other teams and drive vehicles when required.
- Applicants must hold a valid full driver's licence.
- This is a part-time role that requires availability during weekdays, weekends, and nights.
- A background in customer service and previous experience in the car rental industry is highly valued.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Capacity to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
