The Role:

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Fire Assay section at our facility in Canning Vale. As a Fire Assayer, you will play a critical role in analyzing precious metals in mineral samples using the fire assay process.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a new career path in the analytical services industry, leveraging your laboring or manufacturing process skills. As you gain experience, you can earn higher rates of pay, including allowances of 15% for afternoon shifts and 20% for night shifts. You will also have opportunities to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a hot, manual-intensive work environment.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Following established procedures and maintaining attention to detail
  • Working on a weekly rotating Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts of days/afternoons
  • Working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines

  • Being flexible and reliable to meet the high demands of the section
