Nightfill Department Leader

Are you looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact? As a Nightfill Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our night-fill department, ensuring deadlines are met and shelves are fully stocked.
**Accountability and Leadership:**
You will have full accountability for the running of the night-fill department. This includes leading, coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- To drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts employees health, safety and wellbeing first
- To delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience
