Care and Transportation Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to provide patient-centered care and transportation services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with no experience in this role, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will have the potential to advance into a permanent position and work in a dynamic team that values collaboration and teamwork.
As a Transport Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Care and safe transportation of patients to and from appointments
- Active participation in team efforts to support all work tasks
- Delivery of high-quality nursing care to individuals or groups under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse
- Collaboration with the healthcare team to support patient care needs

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Competence to drive a wheelchair transport van
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet objectives and timelines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
