As a successful entrepreneur, you understand the value of having a supportive community and expert guidance to help navigate the challenges of building a business. This is where we come in – our team is dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and thrive in their careers.

As a Success Coach, you will play a critical role in helping women win in their first month inside our programs, setting them up for long-term success, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You will be responsible for welcoming new members into our coaching programs and guiding them through their first month, answering member questions, resolving challenges, and providing thoughtful feedback.

  • Welcome and Onboard New Members: Ensure that all new members feel welcome and supported by our team, and provide clear guidance on how to get the most out of our programs.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to help women overcome obstacles and achieve their goals, whether it's related to marketing, sales, or operations.
  • Foster a Positive Community: Manage our member community chat groups, fostering connection and positivity among our members, and encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Resolve Challenges: Help troubleshoot payment issues and ensure smooth membership access, and work with our coaching and operations team to flag trends, feedback, and opportunities to improve member experience.
  • Celebrate Member Wins: Celebrate the successes of our members, no matter how small they may seem, and help them stay motivated on their journey.
