Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Carindale team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge, including key ingredients and benefits.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
