About this Nursing Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and domestic assistance to clients
  • Assisting with meal preparation and medication management
  • Offering social support and companionship to clients
  • Developing and implementing care plans to improve client outcomes

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • Current or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide empathetic and respectful care
  • Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities
