About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Instructor to join our team at QantasLink. As a Simulator Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to QantasLink flight crew on Q400 full flight simulators and synthetic flight training devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct type rating, differences, command, remedial, and recency training for QantasLink flight crew
  • Provide operational expertise of company aircraft and equipment currently operated by QantasLink
  • Deliver high standards of training and development to candidates undertaking simulator instruction
  • Conduct ground school duties as required

Requirements:

  • Frozen ATPL
  • Operational expertise of company aircraft and equipment currently operated by QantasLink
  • Flight expertise and knowledge of flying operations
  • Thorough knowledge of Regulations, Civil Aviation Orders, CASRs, Advisory Circulars
  • Microsoft office skills
