About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team at Campos Coffee. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our unique coffee culture and values.



Key Responsibilities


  • Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging and visually stunning content that embodies the Campos Coffee brand and resonates with our audience.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Audience Engagement: Foster community and interaction with followers, leverage influencer partnerships, and analyze audience feedback to optimize future content.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in creating and curating content that drives engagement and growth on social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing content strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent creativity, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for coffee culture and a strong understanding of the Campos Coffee brand and values.
