You'll be selected to fill a specific role within the business, empowering you to take control from day one. After 18 months, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a job in an area of your choice, along with a generous salary increase.
At our organization, we tackle significant work that only one of Australia's biggest financial institutions can handle. You'll be part of a team working collaboratively towards a common goal, and you won't be expected to have all the answers up front.
Six monthly rotations will expose you to various areas of the business, including Institutional, Coverage Area, Product Area, and Enablement/Data and Digital. This will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of what's possible and help you decide on the best path for your career.
Throughout the program, you'll have access to learning and networking opportunities, equipping you with the contacts, confidence, and expertise to turbocharge your career.
About the Institutional ProgramAs an Institutional Grad, you'll embark on an exceptional 18-month journey consisting of three rotations across the division. You'll explore business areas such as:
- Coverage Area: Research & Analytics, Corporate Banking, Growth Portfolio
- Product Area: Transaction Banking (TB), Markets, Corporate Finance
- Enablement / Data and Digital: Wholesale Digital, Banking Services, Digital Advisory (TB), E – Ficc (Markets)
You'll gain exposure to teams representing both core and specialized offerings for our largest customers, including resources, energy, and infrastructure areas, property developers, and multinationals.
Throughout your journey, you'll learn from highly experienced professionals, specialists, and subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. You'll contribute your unique insights and ideas to shape the ever-evolving world of banking and finance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to transform great ideas and insights into reality;
- Balance customer requirements and our risk appetite from a lending and capital management perspective;
- Deliver a consistent and efficient credit process to help customers achieve their objectives;
- Act with freedom and confidence in balancing credit risk appetite, capital constraints, and return objectives.
