  • Tools Proficiency: Experienced with tools such as Azure DevOps and Miro.
  • SAFe and Digital Service Standard: Deep understanding and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the Digital Service Standard.
Essential Criteria:
  1. Previous experience as a Product Manager, particularly within a government context, using SAFe and the Digital Service Standard.
  2. Proficiency with Agile methodology and tools like DevOps and Miro.
  3. Ability to meet tight deadlines, influence stakeholders, and support Product Owners.
  4. Proven leadership in driving continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
