Job Summary:

This leadership role is focused on overseeing the delivery of high-quality protective security services.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising staff to ensure the successful execution of operational and administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise staff in the delivery of high-quality protective security services.
  • Identify and address training needs through Performance and Development Agreements.
  • Allocate resources to meet operational and administrative requirements.
  • Provide urgent support during critical incidents.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on operational, administrative, and staffing issues.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to improve service delivery.

Role Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications include:

  • Current First Aid Certificate

Additionally, this role requires:

  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICER COURSE IS A PREREQUISITE FOR APPOINTMENT TO THIS POSITION.
