About Our Spa Attendant Role

At our luxury resort, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team. This is a critical role that ensures our guests feel safe, comfortable, and have an exceptional experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the spa common areas and treatment rooms are clean, tidy, and presented to the highest standard. They will provide support and assistance to our therapists throughout the day, including cleaning, maintenance, stock management, laundry, and assisting with reception duties.

As a Spa Attendant, you will be representing our spa to the highest standard and promoting our wellness philosophy to guests. You will work closely with our therapy team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the spa common areas and treatment rooms
  • Provide support and assistance to therapists throughout the day
  • Assist with reception duties, including answering phones and managing bookings
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Passion for health, beauty, and skincare
  • High grooming standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some weekdays
