About the Role

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our core engagement reporting product. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engagement reports, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and beyond
  • Improve and uplift detailed, information-dense UIs, with a focus on usability and efficiency
  • Work closely with product management to ensure alignment
  • Collaborate with engineers to leverage technical constraints into opportunities
  • Iterate on designs through design reviews and stakeholder sessions
  • Conduct customer research, usability testing, and desktop research to deeply understand customer needs and validate design decisions
  • Use data to analyze customer feedback, usage, and other in-product behaviors

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and working with design systems
  • Obsession with inclusive design practices, accessibility, and design standards
  • High proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
  • Experience conducting user research & testing activities (e.g. customer interviews, usability testing, remote testing)
  • Successful delivery of end-to-end product design on projects from ideation to production
  • Passion for storytelling to take others on the journey
