Job Title

Oversee the strategic development and execution of an organisation's cyber defence capabilities, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement through effective leadership.

  • Create and implement a Cyber Resilience Operations Strategy that aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and adapts to emerging threats.
  • Maintain and enhance the incident response framework to ensure plans and processes remain effective and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), ensuring incident response targets and service levels are achieved.
  • Lead investigations of security alerts across various platforms, including antivirus, IPS, firewall logs, DLP incidents, proxy data, and threat intelligence feeds.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong report writing and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Show excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess proven ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders.
