### Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Front of House member to join our Pakenham team. As a key part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare tables and bar areas before opening to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our customers
* Greet and seat customers on arrival, making them feel welcome and valued
* Explain menu items and make recommendations to assist guests with particular dietary needs
* Serve food and drink in a timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly
* Operate POS terminals to input customer orders and take payment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
* Work behind the bar to complete drink orders and make specialty cocktails, showcasing your knowledge of our menu
* Clean and reset tables and restaurant areas as required, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization
* Stock and maintain wait stations, including polishing cutlery to ensure a polished presentation
* Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, adhering to our high standards of quality and service
