Highly Skilled IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Cubic Transportation Systems (Australia) Pty Limited.
This role will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our customers' production, test, and development infrastructure, primarily Windows and Linux, with some work on Solaris and VMware platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and progress incident tickets and tasks to completion in accordance with SLAs.
- Maintain the estate of mission-critical servers running customer applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production faults and make recommendations for effective course of action.
- Provide support to other internal teams, including application teams and DBAs.
- Proactively monitor servers and related infrastructure.
- Patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Plan, document, communicate, and execute planned changes through the change management process.
- Provide out-of-hours support for scheduled work and on-call support as part of an on-call roster when necessary.
- Degree qualified in information technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Industry certification for Solaris, Linux, Windows, VMware, and/or networking.
- 4+ years of Windows and/or Linux administration experience, preferably in a medium-large IT environment (no less than 100 servers).
- Experience supporting, patching, and building VMware ESX environments.
- Experience providing high availability services.
- Experience supporting and building server operating systems.
- Server backup skills.
