Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the day-to-day pool operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of OHS and public safety applications
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People
