Warehouse Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist, working in a cool room environment.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with previous warehousing experience and a valid high reach license. Your duties will include picking and packing using an RF scanner, operating a high reach forklift, and working in a cold storage area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing using an RF scanner
  • Operating a high reach forklift
  • Working in a cool room (4 degrees)

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be physically fit for manual handling duties.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehousing experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Valid high reach license (minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to work in a cool room (4 degrees)
  • Ability to work on a roster
  • Physically fit for manual handling duties

In addition to these requirements, applicants must also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, have their own transport to get to and from site, and be able to pass a drug test.

Benefits:

This is a weekly paid position with penalty rates and benefits including a canteen and parking on site.
