Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written
  • Tactful conflict resolution in high-pressure situations
  • Exceptional problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Undergraduate degree or related experience
  • Experience using Slack, Kustomer, and Salesforce is an asset
