At Dairy Bell Ice Cream, we're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves serving ice cream and desserts, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, ordering stock as needed, and performing opening and closing duties.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality treats to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve ice cream and desserts to customers with a smile
  • Maintain the freezer and store area in a clean and safe condition
  • Order stock as required to meet customer demand
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including turning on/off equipment and securing the store
  • Ensure daily safety record sheets are up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience is highly desirable

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, covering varying shifts, including afternoons, days, evenings, mornings, and nights.
