Our leisure centre is a vibrant hub of activity, offering a wide range of services to the local community. As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming greeting.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, who can effectively use our booking system and handle enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be able to converse easily with members of the public in spoken English, and have a high level of attention to detail when dealing with monies and stock.

You will work on a shift rota that includes weekends and bank holidays, and must be confident in dealing effectively with customers.

As a Front Desk Assistant, you will provide an efficient and friendly service, ensuring that all visitors receive the best possible impression of our leisure centre.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.59, and all appointments are subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
