About the Job

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop engaging graphic user interface elements, including menus, navigation, and widgets that meet our high standards of quality and aesthetics.
  • Design and implement UI mock-ups and prototypes to clearly illustrate UX and UI concepts, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Create original graphic designs in collaboration with the marketing team, reflecting our brand's unique identity and values.
  • Present work in progress to internal teams and key stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on design to ensure optimal results.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness and accessibility, to provide exceptional user experiences.
  • Maintain company style standards on fonts, colors, and images used in design, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage asset libraries for reusable, systematic design systems across our portfolio, promoting efficiency and best practices.
  • Design and execute user testing on design with internal and external stakeholders, collecting valuable insights to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, demonstrating expertise and passion for design.
  • Experience with design software, prototyping tools, and wireframe tools, showcasing proficiency and adaptability.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring creativity and technical skills.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining visual design systems with Sketch Libraries, Zeplin, Abstract, Figma, or similar tools, highlighting attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, facilitating effective teamwork and outcomes.
  • Good time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to drive project success.
  • Basic level understanding of front-end technologies (HTML & CSS) and how designs will be implemented by engineers, ensuring a holistic approach to design and development.
