About The Role

Are you looking to take your retail leadership career to the next level? As a Leadership Team Member, you will be responsible for driving sales and inspiring your team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including motivating team members and rostering.
  • Keep the store looking its best by maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Manage stock levels, ensuring inventory is up to date and losses are minimized.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues on the sales floor, filling shelves and merchandising special buys.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of new ideas.
  • Ensure seamless store operations, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Passion for training and developing others, with a focus on individual growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting the Store Manager to achieve store results.
  • A professional and responsible approach to every situation.
