As a key member of our Group Procurement team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business objectives and driving value through strategic sourcing initiatives.

Reporting to the Strategic Procurement Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with our business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to support Print, Packaging & Business Services functions.
  2. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and value creation.
  3. Manage end-to-end procurement engagements, from greenfield strategic sourcing projects to contract finalization.
  4. Represent the procurement process to maximize value, drive commercial excellence, and maintain the highest standards of corporate responsibility.
  5. Support the Senior Sourcing Manager/Category Lead in establishing procurement standards and ensuring efficient, effective, and economical supplier management.

About You

We're seeking an experienced procurement professional with a minimum of 7 years of strategic sourcing experience in large, government, or corporate environments.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in supplier relationship management and category planning.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and understanding of contract law, probity practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Ariba Source to Contract is highly desirable.
